Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats (blended up) 
- 1 Cup Hazelnut Milk (or milk of choice) 
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract 
- 1 TSP Baking Powder 
- 1 TSP Chia Seeds 
- 2 TSP Flax Seeds 
- 1 Ripe Banana 
- 1 Scoop of Orgain Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder 
- Dairy Free Chocolate Chips 
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, blend up your rolled oats. Option to add the flax seeds in if you prefer them to be ground up. 
- In a large bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, baking powder and protein powder. 
- Pour in milk and vanilla extract with dry ingredients. Mix well. 
- Add in the banana and mash it with a fork. 
- Add in as many chocolate chips as you'd like! Mix everything together until it has a pancake consistency. You may need to add a little more milk if it's too thick. 
- Cook the pancakes on a low/medium flame and enjoy! 
I topped my pancakes with sunflower butter and fig jam instead of syrup!
