Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats (blended up)

  • 1 Cup Hazelnut Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract

  • 1 TSP Baking Powder

  • 1 TSP Chia Seeds

  • 2 TSP Flax Seeds

  • 1 Ripe Banana

  • 1 Scoop of Orgain Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Powder

  • Dairy Free Chocolate Chips


Instructions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend up your rolled oats. Option to add the flax seeds in if you prefer them to be ground up.

  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, baking powder and protein powder.

  3. Pour in milk and vanilla extract with dry ingredients. Mix well.

  4. Add in the banana and mash it with a fork.

  5. Add in as many chocolate chips as you'd like! Mix everything together until it has a pancake consistency. You may need to add a little more milk if it's too thick.

  6. Cook the pancakes on a low/medium flame and enjoy!

I topped my pancakes with sunflower butter and fig jam instead of syrup!
